pgn2html 2.0 test page

A test of pgn2html 2.0 by Werner Müller in the course of my web chess replay test project.

This is a demo page in the scope of my chess replay utilities test.

Features graphical annotations with arrows and marked squares. Not to interfere with pgn2html.pyc, which is a pure HTML formatter only.
